Whistleblowers should feel confident and not be concerned when submitting reports made in good faith. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against whistleblowers who have submitted a report.
Once a report is received, it will be forwarded to the Group Head of Internal Audit of PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk. The Investigation Unit of PT XLSMART will further review the report and determine the next steps. If your report is deemed to require further investigation, it will be conducted by investigators from PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, XLSMART, or designated external parties.
To check the status of your submitted report, including follow-up questions or information updates from the Investigation Team, you may access the Speak Up channel again using your Case Number and Password. Please note that if additional information/evidence is requested by the Investigation Team and no response is received within 14 days, the team will close the report due to the inability to proceed with the investigation.
